What's the difference between a daylight and night reptile bulb?

I'm going to get a turtle soon so which light should i use? Should i get both?

not a big difference i get night ones because i like to sleep at night and i keep the light on in the day(UVB)

ask in the shop, daylight bulbs replicate the light of day they have uv light etc night lights have a replication of the night basically
