Why won't national radio stations play my CD?

Just received my new CDs, I was wondering. . . if I have no label and no distribution company will non Community radio stations play my CD or not

Record companies pay stations money to keep artists in heavy rotation. It's called payola. Ever wonder why you hear some of the same songs every hour sometimes? That's why. You're going to have to get connected somehow and get somebody who can help you on board with you.
