so has your view of jeremy lin's skills changed because of the miami heat game, where he had 8 pts (1/11FG) 3 assists and 8 TOs? is he not as good as you thought, is he better than you thought, is it too early to tell if he's really that good, or does one game make no big difference on anybody's skill? or only the playoff games matter and you don't know if the knicks will make it or not??? just want to get your thoughts.

So when Derek Jeter gets shut down by Cliff Lee, does that make him a bad hitter?
Or how about if Roy Halladay pitches a perfect game? Does that mean the oppossing team sucks? No. It just means the pitchers were good and shut down good hitters.
The Heat's defense shut down the knicks. Period. Lin doesn't suck. Just like Jeter doesn't suck after going 0-5 one day. these things happen in sports. Sometimes players have bad games. But he'll bounce back.
He just faced a really good defense. The Heat shut him down, as well as the other Knicks too. It's what makes the Heat tough to beat. Lin will bounce back
why would anyone's view of Lin change? Are every single one of Kobe Bryant's games perfect? Did Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Wilt Chamberlain, or other NBA greats have a perfect season where they won every game? No? So why are people holding Lin up to a different standard? He's good, lets leave it at that.
