Arkham City New Game Plus?

I just beat Arkham City and I loved it! But there is option where you can start this new game plus, and I was wondering once I start new game plus, will it overwrite my other saved game data? Or will it be on the New Game Plus icon? Thanks :D

No, it's separate, and on the same save. You can alternate back and forth. Riddler challenges are shared between the two, but everything else needs to be redone if you'd like to get 100% completion.
