So, why is marijuana illegal but McDonald's and KFC aren't?

Aren't they harmful for health as well

Marijuana is Illegal because of how it affects peoples judgement and way of thinking, fast food just makes you fat and ugly

Is marijuana was legal it would be for medication needs, this means places like the UK would be unable to make a large profit. Here in the UK the standard cost for medication is £7.20 for 1 months supply.

Basicly they could not tax it like alcohol or fags but they are trying to develop drugs from parts of the plants that they can tax and make huge profits on.

Because it's food and doesn't alter your mindset. BUT marijuana doesn't cause harm like alcohol does. And those are legal. Like someone else said, that would make for a better question. These are bad comparisons.

They indeed are very harmfull for your health, but they practically already controll the economic sector. Nobody can push them out. The State usually even funds their buildings, so you see where I'm getting.
Half of the fast-food chain Owners are sitting in the government.
