What is the name of this small town near Pico de Orizaba?

Approximately 4 miles SE from the top of Pico de Orizaba (highest mountain in Mexico) is a small town. I found it on GoogleEarth, here: 18 59' 37.37'' -97 13' 25.37'' . Its elevation is 10,800 feet (3292 meters) and it may well be the highest town in the state of Veracruz. I am trying to find out its name, and I cannot find it on any map. Can anyone help?

Chow Man Mal: Thanks. Those are two good links, but unfortunately they didn't help.

IOWA MIKE: The town you mention isn't it. Your town is close to the city Orizaba, but not very close to the mountain, Pico de Orizaba. But thanks for trying.

I think you may be referring to Ixtaczoquitlán, Veracruz . There is a link to the Wikipedia article about the community and a map of the area.
