Can I return an unopened video game bought from another store to Walmart?
I just bought NBA 2K12 from Walmart from $60 and immediately opened it. Right after, someone told that Game Stop are selling NBA 2K12 for $40.
I already went back to Walmart and spoke to the supervisor and she told me that it was too late for me to match their price with the Walmart Ad Match guarantee.
So can I buy NBA 2K12 (NEW) from Game Stop or Best Buy for $40 and then return that unopened game to Walmart for a $64.16 refund? (I have the receipt).
