1st time taking ap tests...?

This is my first year taking ap classes( currently taking ap calculus and ap european history), so I have no idea how it all works. I am scared, nerwous, and not confident if I could even pass such tests. I have pretty good grades in the classes, so what should I do to pass those tests??? How early should I start studying??? If I start now till may, I will have enough time right????? Any advice about any of those two tests or in general????

AP Testing is not a bad thing at all; just like any other standardized test, your greatest opponent is yourself and allowing yourself to be psyched out by the pure name of the test. Most people don't start studying this early because they'll clear through all the review material within a month and then have nothing to study for; it's fairly normal for most people to start studying a month before the AP and definitely 2 weeks before the test. AP Calculus in particular should not be a problem since it has less material than other AP tests and thus you should finish up your class's material and thus have more time to prepare and practice than you will for European History.

AP Euro is a lot of information to remember, but if you have a decent memory and review all the major time periods, empires, rulers, and terms, you should do just fine. The essay section is usually harder for most people because of the time constraints (3 essays in 2 hours), so you may consider writing some practice essays before the test to get a sampling of the time frame that you're operating in.

AP instructions are somewhat perplexing and are not meant for the lazy. AP credit circulate in the direction of college and are properly worth 2 credit in line with AP course. pupils many times do bypass the tests, yet basically after various hours of reading. artwork interior an AP type calls for ALOT of time. I advise which you're taking a decrease-point type.

try reading prep books by barrons or princeton review- they are specifically tailored towards the actual AP test. They usually also have practice tests so you can gauge your score range and figure out what concepts or events you need to study better. Also, by just being in the class you have already been prepping for the AP test so it is just a matter of reviewing the material now.

well if you don't pass your ap tests, there's no harm there because it won't affect your grade, the only thing it does is give you college credit if you pass, and colleges don't care if you don't pass ur ap tests

Think positive, after taking the ap test you will be up to the second year.
