$250 for wifi, about $265-$270 with tax, $300 for 3g, about $325 with tax. Yes you can play online through wifi with the wifi version just fine.
High end for games and everything else- $100-$190 + Vita cost
Low end for games and everything else- $70-$100 + Vita cost

what games you get $29.99-$39.99, if you download psn games from psn store though the Vita games are from $7.99-35.99
