How To Delete A Windows Update & Re-Install It?

I keep installing a security update -----> "Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2565063)" I install it & it says its successful, but every time I check for updates its there again! It doesn't show up in the "Installed Updates" tab so I can't uninstall it. Please help me. I'm trying to install a program but It won't let me unless I install the update. Thanks! I use Windows 7.
