Are dogs allowed at Columbia State Historic Park in California?

I want to plan a trip to Columbia State Historic Park in California near Sonora. I would like to bring my dog but I can't find anything that says if dogs are allowed in the area. Does anyone know if dogs are allowed?

The last time I was there, I did not see any dogs. There are horses and other farm animals about, and I can't imagine that dogs would be allowed.
