Do i have to rebuy apps for ipad?

If i have some apps like air video, fruit ninja, and whatnot for the iphone on my iphone (and itunes), do i have to rebuy them for an ipad?

No you don't. Its all stored on a "cloud" (your account). Once you set up your iPad and sign into iTunes on the device all your apps music videos and photos should sync automatically.
