will i gain muscle and lose just fat?

im 5.9 15 152 pounds
if i eat 1600 calories per day and about 150 carbs a day with all my meals spread out throughout the day in about 8 meals, i workout 5 days a week with weight training and i get about 200 grams of protein in and not much fat

Make sure you stay active every single day, not just 5 days. I would recommend doing cardio, aerobics and weight training to get maximum results. Don't weight train everyday, or else your muscles will not have time to repair itself. Mix it up a little bit, do cardios one day, stretches and aerobics the next, then lift weights and so forth..

Keep in mind that as long as you stay active for the whole day, your metabolism will work at a faster rate. Always drink a good amount of cold water to keep yourself hydrated, it not only cleans your body but helps you burn more calories as well.

Also, do not binge on your food, always eat in moderation and keep your food choices as healthy as possible; meaning there should not be junk food anywhere in your diet. Vegetables, for one, are good sources of fiber, it cleans your body and leaves you feeling full. Cut down on your meat consumption because all foods containing animal fat contain cholesterol.
