Im wanting to upload videos of the minecraft games I play to youtube. Is there any free program out there that will allow me to record while I play? Prefer if it could record any comments I make while playing (using my laptops webcam) but that isnt needed.

yeah sure you can use fraps, that's the best one, but I don't think it's a good idea to make videos about minecraft in youtube there are alot of people did that before and didn't success, anyway you can download fraps and you will also be able to talk and everything

I dont really know any good ones but if you want to make your gameplay vids longer than 30seconds then dont get Fraps. the free fraps only limits the recording time to 30 seconds

you could use fraps but..
bb flashback express is easy and free it also allows for microphone talking usage so they could hear your comments
my channel is destroyer9910, we do minecraft along with other games and we use bbflashback express
so you can check it out to see what the finished results look like with this program
