Do CMLL and AAA have a working relationship in Mexico?
Do both of Mexico's biggest promotions CMLL and AAA having a working relationship, sort of like TNA had with ROH etc?
BQ: Are there any major/national wrestling promotions in other countries outwith America, Mexico and Japan?

No, they are rivals. Some of the wrestlers do switch from one company to the other and back now and then, generally keeping their same (well-known) gimmicks, but AAA and CMLL do not work together.
BQ: Puerto Rico has Carlos Colon's WWC (not quite the power it once was, though). Canada had Stu Hart's Stampede but Vince killed it long ago. Germany-Austria had Otto Wantz' promotion (not quite sure what it was called and not sure if it's still in business but it was affiliated with the AWA and was, and might still be, I believe the largest and most influential promotion in Europe). Otherwise, except for Japan and Mexico, the other countries' promotions are like the American indies.
No, not at all. AAA and CMLL are not partners at all, if anything they hate eachother. CMLL even went to extremes by hacking into AAA's website. They are THE biggest rivals. When one wrestler from CMLL goes to AAA the promoters have a fit, and when one wrestler from AAA goes to CMLL, the AAA promoters have a fit. But AAA did have a working relationship with TNA. And CMLL had a working relationship with NJPW.
Forgot BQ BQ: You have Pro wrestling in Australia, The UK, and New Zealand
