is this grammatically correct?

i enjoy to go to seaside

i know that 'i enjoy going to seaside ' is correct . recently i saw a report ,it says, 'enjoy to do something ' is correct , although dictionary defines ' enjoy + ving . he said some local people in USA USE 'enjoy to do something'. THIS report was compiled by a teacher whose english is not naturally given that means that teachers have to learn english without learning he cannot speak English when he is a baby. so my question is that " in american eyes or mother tongue users eyes is this grammatically correct ? does really american local people say i enjoy to do something? two questions please answer me both?

1) No, that is not correct

2) I can't think of any examples of a usage "to enjoy to do sth."
However, the language is extremely flexible, and (counting slang and careless spontaneous speech), almost anything is at least possible.
If the expression were to be used, the listener would interpret it to be a sort of verbal confusion with "I like to do sth," which is entirely common.

This might be spoken or written, I suppose, but it would be edited to read:
