my girlfriend is so stubborn..!?? and makes me feel like she hates me?

Question

i started dating a girl like a month ago . and actually i asked her out cuz it was a "dare" in the game truth or dare . but i'm really into her and i like her very much. but somehow she makes me feel like she hates me! it's been a month we don't hold hands or touch or anything when i call her "beautiful" she gets mad and says "u don't have to lie" and sometimes when i hug her she pushes me away ! i had a talk to her about that she said "ummmmmm ahhhhh....i'm sorry i dunno why..i guess i need time? it's not a big deal u know?!" i had a talk with her best friend and she said "she's a loner ..ur her first bf of course she'll feel awkward" .
just today she came 2 my house and we decided 2 watch twilight we sat together and i putted my arms around her shoulder and she was okay with it but she fell asleep while watching the film and when she woke up she got all messed up and said "why didn't u wake me up!! oh my ...i'm sorry i fell asleep i just dint sleep well at night!" i told her "it was okay , u looked cute sleeping" she felt embarrassed and she blushed and said "no i don't"..
why would a girl feel embarrassed if she fell asleep?
and what are some nice things i can do 2 make her feel that i really like her?

Im like this, its because i have been bullied at school from 12-16, i was bullied daily people said stuff like " you ugly fcuk" "no girl wants to be with you"   and to be honest it knocked me in confidence BIG time. But now im in university and i have grown up and my body and face has constructed to apparently "model material" xD this isnt me speaking these are words from alot of people haha. But still my confidence is still low just because of my school days.

She will be the same with you, but you can knock her confidence up, just by saying nice little things just to let her know that you think she is good looking and cute. 

She will reject them and say stuff like " shut up", but trust me she will really like it, i love it when people say im hot the only reason i say "no im not" is because i dont want to agree and look vain do i :). i hope i have enlightened you on this.

Just keep on letting her know these things, eventually she will realize that you really do find her attractive, but be aware one offensive comment can break her in half.

Dude she is probably just nervous about having a bf for the first time. Just try and be cool and don't flirt or anything. if she seems to like you more then you can flirt.. >>>btw Im (13) guy) havent had a girl but know a lot about them.

Aww plz dont dump her she sounds like an amazing person she feels insecure she just don't  want to beileve she us beutifull which I'm sure she is. Make her beileve it like I'm not even joking like proper make her feel beautiful:

 your whole situations sounds adorable honestly ... if she knows about the dare thing than shes probably upset that she really likes you and its just a dare to you ,let her know how you feel some girls are like that ..including me ,can't take a positive complement from a guy
