What can anyone tell me about bentonite clay?

I don't want to know about how you do not have to clean out your colon. I understand all of that. I am interest in the the minerals. The problem that I am have is getting a raging headache when I try just a little bit. I can't find anything about that written anywhere. I am just wondering if I am using the right kind or if I am doing it right. Looking for advice here

I bought some of that stuff and well it din't really help me too much :(

if anything its that coconut oil that helped me.. I mean come on 20 medical problems and their all gone? why ain't more people talking about this stuff? :-(

12+ years of acne off my back is gone! so is my "ibs, ringworm, acid relux, oily hair, oily skin, uti infections, mono, knees don't pop so harsh, bleeding gums, cyst on my but," i mean it just goes on and on and on! headakes? oil is anti-inflammatory i dont get those too often anymore.

weight loss happened to me also..
raises godo cholesterol and lowers the bad

I think if too many people new about this stuff doctors would be out of a job..
thats what I think.

oh and the bentonite clay I bought last year? helped with not even 1 medical problem.. stuff did not help me at all! but the oil? oh yeah that did :) I recover so fast when sick I don't even go to the doc anymore!
oil is anti-viral anti-bacterial anti-fungal etc. and its "fast stuff"! it doesn't take 9 months to get rid of a medical problem.. all of my medical problems went in 3 months
like the extreme dandruff, itchey scalp, bad breath etc etc..

my one last medical problem is the toe nail fungus and yes the oil is working on that to
its just slow going :(

You won't really get much of a mineral supplement from bentonite clay - it doesn't throw off enough minerals to count as a supplement. If someone is telling you otherwise, they're lying. I love bentonite clay, and I use the Living Clay brand purchased from Apex Clay. What kind are you using? Is it approved for internal use? I take 2 ounces of liquid clay twice a day, and I've have nothing but good results. It's amazing. :) There's a LOT of good information on the Aboutclay website. You might want to check it out.
