On Thursday I put my two weeks notice in at work. Then yesterday Friday afternoon I heard from the place I was leaveing to go work at that they had changed the hours and what I would be doing. So it wouldn't be what they orginaily told me. As soon as I found that out I talked to to manager and asked if I could take my notice back and she said yes. Then this morning she spoke with me because she talked to her boss, and she said that I have to leave at my two weeks. I'm so mad because I was screwed by both places. My question is will I be able to draw unemployment, since she said I could come back and they are making me leave?

probably not but not for the reasons that the others who know nothing about unemployment stated. you are refusing a valid job offer, therefore turning down potential employment. there are other ways you could receive benefits but I would have to look through my cases.
I have a feeling it would be determined that you had already quit.
Better to go out and get a new job quickly - and from now on, NEVER ever give your notice unless you have the new job IN WRITING, along with your new hours, job description and pay rate.
Are you SURE the new job isn't waht you want? Is the offer still good? Collecting unemployment is also contingent upon your actively looking for a new job - you won't get it if they also find out you refused a good offer.
Nope, they will consider it that you willingly quit your job. Your employer isn't obligated to take back your 2 weeks notice. You quit, they accepted it.
