Best Tom Waits album?
Best overall, or best as an introduction. I've heard some, which is enough to know how amazing he is, but I know I've yet to have heard even close to enough.

One of my faves is Small Change- but I think Mule Variations is maybe his best, and a fantastic introduction.

Hard question for me. Probably Alice or his latest one Bad As Me.
I'm not really sure actually. All of his albums are fantastic.

Just pick one at random. You can't really go wrong with Tom Waits. He's been consistently great his entire career.
