If its a 96 it has the OBD2. The connector should be somewhere on the passenger side of the center console.

1996 is the year that the OBD II diagnostic system was introduced.

The connector is usually found under the dash on the left side of the steering column or under the hood on the driver's side. (Check your owner's manual).

It feels like the gas isn't being pressurized, yet I doubt the pump is the subject. Your 'ninety six fowl could have a replaceable relay interior the potential distribution field. whilst the subject happens, you will could desire to the two replace in a sparkling relay and desire the relay is the subject, or try for potential to the relay, which could be 5 volts, yet i do no longer comprehend which terminal that must be, even with the reality for you to parent it out by skill of probing for voltage with a multimeter.
