I use Windows, and I need a 64 bit browser to get 64 bit Java.
Is there a way to get 64 bit Java without the use of a 64 bit browser? If no, what are some 64 bit browsers I can use?

The 64-bit Windows 7 has a built-in 64-bit browser in Internet Explorer. It's just that it is not set as the default when you run IE. It can be found under Start > All.
