What are some pieces you've always thought would translate beautifully into dance or related art forms?

Question

I specifically had in mind things besides our traditional ballets.  (Those are obviously already in the crossover between dance and classical music.)  Are there any pieces of music that you think would be wonderful set to dance, or any dancing/skating/related performances set to classical music that have impressed you?

When I listen to the beginning of the orchestral version of Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody #2, I always envision a full ballet sequence in my head for the first five or six minutes. And in some cases I love classical music being used in figure skating. (I just hate how it gets cut off all the time- a necessity for the sport, which is rarer in ice dancing- and they often use poor recordings).

The English composer Constant Lambert orchestrated Liszt's Dante Sonata as a ballet which was choreographed by Sir Frederick Ashton. There is also the story that Wagner described Beethoven's 7th Symphony as 'the apotheosis of the dance' and, indeed, danced to it paled on the piano by (?)Liszt. In the annual New Year's Day Concert for Vienna there are always ballet sequences (rather than just ballroom dances) set to one or other Strauss works
