My friend was arrested for DUI in WV and lives in Pa. He was issued a WV license number and then it was revoked. He had DUI 7 yrs ago in Pa. What happens now in WV and then in Pa. He has been to court 3 times and now has a supression hearing..Will this affect his driving in Pa and will he lose Pa license. Will there be fines?

Your friend will have to clear what he has done in WV state, and then it will be populated in PA state's DMV screen. Otherwise he won't be able to get the license within any state. The thing is that they can issue the license, but it might not be same as regular license with which he can drive anywhere. (could be hardship license for limited area driving). And there will be fines related to his violations, depending on the severity of his accident or impact to other people's properties. For details of DUI Law in PA, you can look at the below.
