I am looking for a Digital Camera (either low-end DSLR or medium/high end compact system camera) that is under $350.
- I am willing to buy used, but only off Amazon
-It must have very good picture quality
-I don't really mind the zoom as long as it's reasonable
-No cheap plastic camera bodies
-No standard digital cameras
I am looking to use this for hobby-level photography. It MUST be under $350, but over $199.

Unless it's used you'll not find a dslr for that money... they start at $500 and go up. You can get a pretty good bridge camera for that money however.

Try to find a used Canon G10 compact. It is good enough to take pictures for magazines and cheap enough for you.
