Are Slideout Keyboards Better Than the QWERTY Keyboard like on the LG 900G?

I am getting a new phone, from Net10 because TracFone had too expensive of minutes, and I'm not sure if I should get a phone with a slide out keyboard or a QWERTY keyboard that's on the phone like on an LG 900G. I'd appreciate any input anyone has on this. I will mostly be using it for texting because I really only need it for after school communication with my mom. My old phone was only a number pad with T9Word format texting and that was really slow, so I need to know of the most accurate keyboard type.

I said a QWERTY keyboard like on the LG 900G. http://img.deviceanywhere.com/tracfone/devices/5177/full/portrait_open.gif
I'll see if the WalMart has the two phones I have in mind on display.

I prefer sliders because they give you more room for your hands. But ergonomics is very personal - it really depends on who's asking.

Here's a site w/user reviews for that phone. It averaged about 3.5 stars, but only based on 20 reviews.

I don't really get what your asking, I have a phone with a slide out keyboard and it's a QWERTY....
QWERTY just means full keyboard.
Play with the sample phones, see what feels best in your hand and which one you can type fastest with. Then see which of your favorites is the best price

Test out both types at the store and then decide what feels most comfortable for you. Everyone has different preferences and both keyboards have their pros and their cons :)
