4chan offline but still being updated?
So when I go on 4chan there is the CloudFlare banner that says site down viewing snapshot blah blah blah. The thing is though, it is still being updated. I see new stuff as if it's not down at all. I am using Chrome and I already tried clearing my cache but to no avail. this started last night and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I am in the United States (California) if that makes a difference. Maybe it's only down for my area.
