How Do I Improve My Aim and Preparation ?
When I'm playing tennis, my contact can be off and I don't know how to fix it. I'm trying to push towards the target but I'm either to close or to far that I have to move my up to hit the ball. Sometimes I can't push my racket out and my swing path ends up being short and confined. I don't know how to prepare better and aim correctly! Please helP!
