i have the Honda CRV first generation
at present
it has no tire cover, im thinking of getting one, it looks great /okay even without one
do i get a tire cover (made of fiber glass?, vinyl or synthetic leather like cover?)
or
no cover ( with tire and mags )

a tire cover would make it look even better ! just get the vinyl or the leather kind ! you can get it with different kinds of designs on them !

Whatever look you prefer. A cover helps keep the tyre out of the sun and cleaner but if you just drive round in a clean temperate urban environment you don't need one.
With vinyl covers make sure you have a drain hole at the bottom or they fill up with water and stay wet rotting your wheel
