"One Life One Love" in Chinese/Japanese symbols?

hi i want to get this quote tattooed, but id like to see what it looks like in the chinese or japanese symbols.. something different.

カトリーナ, you are confusing things.

For Japanese:

一生 only means "for one lifetime", "of a lifetime", "whole life". It does not mean together or anything like that. Not even remotely. What you are thinking of is 一緒, which is read as issho. (notice the lack of last u). These are separate words. They even use it togehter as "Forever together".

As for "一愛", it truly isn't a correct translation for it. Literal translation would be: 一つの命、一つの愛, which is what I saw most commonly used. (Hitotsu no inochi, hitotsu no ai). But you don't really hear this in Japenese, this is one of those English proverbs, that don't work well in Japanese.
