Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said, "All people are equal as a teeth of a comb, There is nothing better (Superior or better) An Arab over an non-Arab, a white over a colored, except by the fear of GOD."
David traditions of black people slavery ? can you proof that or did you just hear that from someone and decided it was true ? God clearly says in chapter ( Surrah ) 46 11 O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers. 12 O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin. And do not spy or backbite each other. Would one of you like to eat the flesh of his brother when dead? You would detest it. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is Accepting of repentance and Merciful. 13 O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
Indohell : A saying without an evidence
Asker : Every tree has a bad apple , does that mean the tree itself is bad ? No it doesn't . when somebody drives a good car and hits someone , can you blame the car ? Of course no . when a Muslim tells you so , he's just being an ignorant who doesn't follow the teachings of Muhammad peace be upon him
Racism exists everywhere, and muslims are unfortunately not immune to it either. But there is no such thing as explicit anti-racism in Islam. There has been a long tradition of slavery of black slaves in Islamic countries.
To my knowledge, Islam does not condone nor forbid racism explicitly - which doesn't mean anyone should be indifferent to it
Apparently, some people contest the veracity of my claims. I've added links for people who are oblivious to the arab slave trade.
@Sparx And please, do not claim them "not to be real muslims" - that's a typical no true Scotsman fallacy. Muslim philosophers such as Al-Farabi and Avicenna, particularly in regards to black peoples, assumed them to be slaves by nature. Look at Saudi Arabia and their treatment of dark skinned people - yet they are supposed to be Muslims. Just as you can cherry pick verses against racism, you can pick ones for, just like: ‘Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah…’ [Quran 3:110]. "Jews being monkeys and pigs" It doesn't matter whether there is a correct/incorrect way of interpreting the verses - it's all what is needed for a muslim racist to base his beliefs.
