Is this shin splints?
So like my shins hurt when I run. It is mostly in the bottom of my shins but sometimes it my whole shin. I play Soccer and I do a lot of running..

Well part of it sounds right but yours sounds like Shin Splints on Steroids. I used to get them every track season, and they only hurt along your shin bones. Not sure what you are experiencing there.
The only cure is to take at least a few mths off, and hopefully not overdo it next season. The reason we got shin splints in track was because back ten we had to run on a hard dirt track. If you stay on soft surfaces like grass or artificial tracks you may be able to avoid them, but they won't go away once you get them.
This is why I don't like year round sports. Your body is just not going to be able to tolerate the same stresses. I see kids playing the same sport yr round like professionals do, and that's actually the worse thing they can do.
