Do I have paranoia? Can I fix it?

I feel like I am being watched through my eyes. Like my eyes are cameras for someone to look through. I tend to look at any place non-specific so they can't identify where I am or what I'm doing. This controls me a lot more than I'd like it to yet, it's more of an annoyance and it's not a constant suspicion. Is there anything I can do to block out my preconceptions?

You have to see a psychiatrist who can give you a diagnosis. Then learn all you can about your illness. You may have control over it now, but it could worsen. There is always something you can do when its a mind over matter issue though.
