A sandwich can be healthy, depending on what you put on it.
Some of the sandwiches I like to eat are the salad sandwich (where you just put a salad between a couple of slices of bread, with the lettuce and tomatoes and green peppers and dressing).
A PBJ is classic, and the peanut butter provides protien (I'm a vegan so I look out for that kind of stuff) and then there's tofurkey (so good) with vegan cheese.
Sometimes, though, the best sandwich is something completely random where you throw together random (and in this case, healthy) foods onto a slice of bread. It can be a lot of fun that way!

Hope this helps :)

Use cookie cutters to stamp out sandwiches in fun shapes Use "Fresh Fruit" (canning sections of the supermarket will have such products, basically powdered vit C to keep fruit from turning brown) on apple slices -- send w/ peanut butter for dipping use flour tortillas to make wraps, as opposed to bread, for sandwhiches make own "lunchables" by simply cutting up meat and cheese to put on crackers send cold pasta w/ sauce, add some diced mozzarella or shredded chicken instead of hamburger so it doesn't require refrigeration Gram crackers and a bit of chocolate frosting -- either dippers or make a little sandwich

not totally.

use whole grain bread instead

only have chicken not pork as there is less saturated fat

have greek yoghurt instead of the miracle whip, full fat, fat free does nothing for you

spinach instead of iceberg lettuce which i assume you're using

4 slices instead of 2 for tomatoes!

goats cheese instead of the cheese your using.

don't worry about calories too much! healthy fresh food with lots of fruit and veg and plenty of water, sleep, sun and exercise is all you need + love :)

have a goats cheese and red pepper sandwich

roasted mushroom and pesto and spinach sandwich

if you're going for meat, go for chicken i think + cucumber and parsley and hummus!

No, this is not a healthy sandwich. You should have something like a salad wrap. I have an avocado/pine nut/ lettuce/ spinach/ red pepper and broccoli wrap with raw garlic and olive oil every morning. And they are easy to make and low in sodium and refined carbs.
