I am male, 27 yrs old. I've had kidney stones in the past but this seems different. "Stiff' feeling in my right side kidney area. Sometimes towards the front. Has anyone experienced this? I will go get a blood and urine test next week but in the mean time, trying to find some answers. Could this be related to kidney disease? My back/spine being out of line? I drink lots of water, low-salt diet, healthy foods, etc.

the back and the kidneys are very much interrelated. the most common source of low back pain is weakness and elongation of the psoas muscle, which attaches to the lumbar vertebrae and inserts in the femur (thigh bone). it is on the kidney acupuncture meridian/energy circuit, meaning that when one has problems, so does the other. correct the cause. it isn't in your back. it's in your upper neck. see an hio method chiropractor.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
