If creationism is true, why did God kill off 99.9% of all species on earth?

Were there that many mistakes? or just never happy? He just made animals, got bored then killed them all off. He really liked a big natural disaster where he could kill off 60% of all animals living at that time.

Most extinctions have occurred naturally, prior to Homo sapiens walking on Earth: it is estimated that 99.9% of all species that have ever existed are now extinct. (wikipedia)

Yes, 99% I don't pull stuff out of my ***. Of course not all species died at once. Over time there has been many large natural disasters.

I ask the comparable question. there is a few issues i think of i comprehend. to illustrate all species that ever existed ninety 9.9% are extinct. Now if god is appropriate and made a appropriate international and appropriate human beings (Adam and Eve) why does not the animals he made be appropriate for are desires? Or is God not appropriate? If Gods not appropriate how do we ever be? My father and mom are Jehovah s witness. i'm unable to comprehend why they suspect, i shop searching for the respond's i desire yet cant locate them. occasion alot of Jehovahs witness say to me that dinosaurs existed to make paths and cut back down flowers. i think of its exceptionally mad. some issues I certainly have got here across is why is there something while there might desire to be not something? the place did existence first come from? Why is the gene code so complicated? each and every of incorporate cells are like microscopic battery's. Why is the earth interior the main marvelous place for existence with a moon to stop water from stagnating?

Well, the Judeo-Christian god has a long history of killing off pretty much whoever he wants. Don't like the Pharaoh? Torture the entire kingdom kill off a bunch of innocent children! Mankind not living up to your poorly-circulated plans? Hire a raving drunk and his family to build a ridiculously big ship and kill everyone else, including most of the animals (except, apparently, the ones that could fly, swim, or float). Newsflash, if you believe in an almighty force, with power unimaginable, you pretty much take his word for, well, everything. Even if it doesn't make sense. Even if it goes against any reasonable description of justice or conscience. All of it can be easily brushed off with one simple phrase. "God has a plan, and we can't know his plan". There is nothing reasonable or logical that can hold a candle to that if someone really believes it. Sucks, huh?

Kill? What God are you referring to? So there's 1% of all species? Wrong.

From a creation standpoint kind (genus or phenotype) is the measure of diversity (Each reproducing after it's own kind -genus or phenotype). There are about 35 distinct phenotypes represented in the fossil record and about 26 in todays biosphere meaning about 75% of all kinds originally created still exist today.
