Help building muscle?
So I am 14 years old and i only weigh around 100 lbs. I eat alot but i don't gain weight. I just signed up for the gym and i go daily. Can you please give me some tips on how I can become bigger.

You have a fast metabolism, and just eating more won't help. Just keep working on your core muscles, and your metabolism will slow down when you get older. Then you can put on more weight, and get bigger muscles.

focus on compound exercises such as squat, deadlift, press, benchpress.. focus on proper form and in everything you do focus on getting stronger!
also if you have a garden at home make yourself some heavy sandbags... lift them and walk around with them itll build tremendous strength in your core and posterior chain
drink lotsa milk and whole foods.. no junk and no sweets as far as possible
