A dog shouldn't be left alone no more then two to three hours. Does your mom or dad stay home or could you hire a dog sitter? As long as he is in a crate and someone can take him out every couple of hours, he should be fine. Here is some facts on your breed of dog: A small to medium-size Nordic-type dog, the American Eskimo Dog is known for its bright white coat, jet black points (lips, nose and eye rims) and erect triangular ears. Although once used as a circus dog, they are primarily companion dogs today and participate in conformation, obedience and agility competitions. The breed’s white double coat consists of a short, dense undercoat, with longer guard hairs forming an outer coat that stands off from the body.
A Look Back
A member of the Spitz family, the "Eskie" descended from the European Spitzes, including the white German Spitz, the white Keeshond, the white Pomeranian and the white Italian Spitz. Contrary to its name, the breed has nothing to do with the Eskimo culture. During the 19th century in America, the breed performed regularly in trick-dog acts in traveling circuses throughout America, prized for their beautiful appearance, intelligence and agility.
Intelligent, alert and friendly, the American Eskimo Dog is also an excellent watchdog, protective of his home and family. The Eskie learns quickly and is eager to please his owner, but requires daily exercise. Their voluminous coat sheds and needs to be brushed and bathed on a regular basis.

Of course.
As long as he's kept in a crate and has someone to supervise him and take him outside to potty, every 2 hours. If he's under 1 year of age.
Unless you want to spend the remainder of your day at home, cleaning sh*t out of crates.
Puppies under age 1 also need constantly socialization, or they usually end up behaviorally unstable. You didn't mention the dogs age? So I can't answer this accurately.

Mine wiere left alone for 8hrs a day 5 days a week and suffered no illeffects, and had no accidents.
Unfortunately I had to work to pay the bills, just like millions of other people around the world who own pets.doggy day care and walkers are just not an expense I can afford, nor would want to.
