It is unclear if this is referring to an Afrotc high school scholarship or to joining Afrotc. A college student who otherwise qualifies can join Afrotc in the Fall or Spring. The Afrotc high school scholarship applications currently being accepted are for the Fall of 2013. the deadline to apply for the Afrotc high school Scholarship for the Fall of 2012 was November 30 2011. There are also in college scholarships.
