μεταξοτυπια - just means "Silkscreen (print)"
Τονια Νικολαιδη - Tonia Nikolaidi (pronounced ni-ko-la-ee-thee)

The first one is a date "1978" i think, the way it was printed "silkscreen print" and some dimensions 30x50 cm i guess.
Tonia Nikolaidi is a name, i guess the name of the creator :-)
Oh, and its not Cyrillic, its Greek ;-)

Well, the second one is a name. It says Tonia Nikolaini (there could be a couple different ways to spell it in the Latin alphabet). I'm sorry but I can't read the first one.
