i got the crest 3d whitening strips- the advanced vivid one. it says to wear for 30 minutes a day for 14 days. I'm going to camp soon and i want to speed up the process. Can i do it twice a day, so it will only take 7 days? or will that be less effective?

I usually wear them twice a day but after a while my teeth get really sensitive and that's when I know that I've had them on too much. It'll be effective either way.

Follow the directions on the box doing otherwise can weaken your enamel on your teeth and make them abnormally sensitive to heat and cold!
