error address in tax return?

I move let's say from A to B (from the same street two 2 houses down) last year in may and notify IRS about it in June.
But by doing my tax return this year even though my w2 forms all reflect my new adress B ,my tax preparer forget to update it from his computer because he had on file last year A address and honestly too i forget to tell him i move .So he wrote the address A again on this tax return.I noticed it but too late he left for some months .How can i change the address or the IRS still have not changed my address back to address A as we did not submit no address change .
Help please.

The IRS is supposed to always pick up address changes from the next tax return filed.

Use form 8822 to update the address (or call).
