How much does it cost to live in Brisbane in 2012?

I just want to know average costs.
- Rent or purchase (apartment or house)
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas)
- Car (insurance, gas, purchase price of a used car)
- Food
- Small dog (food, shots, toys)
- Phone bill (iPhone)
- Cable/satellite
- Health insurance

Also, if you could include whether it's per month or per week.

If there is anything else that I have forgotten that you'd need to consider when living on your own, add it onto the list!

Thankyou!
