Don't want to pay child-support because court will not allow me to see kids and the money that I give goes straight to her and she uses it to gamble. She also has a boyfriend. Now what? I don't even make enough for myself.

Ok, that sucks and everything, but she's allowed to gamble and she's allowed to have a boyfriend.
If you don't like that you don't get to see the kids, get a lawyer and get a visitation or custody order. If you don't have enough money left for yourself, get a lawyer and ask about making a motion to change the child support.

You pay your child support. What she does is none of your business as long as the kids are provided for. They boyfriend is also none of your business.
