I turned both my ringers on my panasonic home phones off and I cannot turn them back on help?

Check for a simple on/off swich on the hand set or base of the phone,if no switch is found go into the menu and see if you can find the on off switch under settings.you also can google the question along with the modle # of your phone.Good luck.
