what is the maximum number of employees a LP (limited partnership) can have in Indiana?

Does an LP have the same maximum employee number limitation of an S-Corp? This is for Indiana only, and please provide a link to your source. Thanks.

S-corps don't have an employee limit, it's an ownership limit of 100 which is a congressional limit.

Neither form of business (S-corp or LLP) have an employee limit.
