Rather than make a filter why not add a chemical to keep the water crystal clear as they do for swimming pools?
Surely there must be something available that won't kill any fish that you may have, but best you go & have a chat with your local pool company.
If your pond is quite large then, you may find that installing a filter then it would be forever clogging up any filter that you choose to install. To my way of thinking, it's better to treat the water rather than installing a filter.
Sunlight creates algae & it grows very fast indeed so there fore you need to treat the water & not install a filter, that will block in no time at all & you will be fore ever cleaning it. In my opinion it's just not worth the effort of finding a filter, but look at the water. If you have plants in the pond then they too have a growth of algae growing on them & no filter will remove that!

Maybe you require a faster pump that will turn the pool volume over much faster than a small solar pump will.
Consider putting a cover blocking direct sunlight over your pond will help cut down on the growth of algae growing in your pond.

Cheers!
