I think that every time a solder dies,one solider dies,the Flag should be flown at half mast.It's easy to say:we would have to fly the flag at half mast nearly all the time.And that is true:

I am betting that in Aurora there were plenty of thugs that killed each other and no one cared. When a crazy white man goes bazonkers and kills a bunch of middle class and probably white (though admittedly Aurora mall is a melting pot and has its fair share of thugs). Normal people in there normal lives getting killed is why this makes news. It was a horrible tragedy but it makes news for the same reason as Casey Anthony and Natalee Holloway.

By "Forgotten Ones" I thought you meant the hundreds of perfectly viable, healthy babies that are slaughtered willingly, every day, by their mothers because they are 'an inconvenience' to them.

But yes, the deaths from drunk driving are also very regrettable. But since they are spread out across the nation - one here, another there - it's not as spectacular.
