New, that particular Sealine sells for between $180 and $190, so if it's in good condition like you say, you should figure at least $100 or $125. Master really isn't that great. If it's custom built, the only thing worth a damn would be the reel seat, roller guides and rod wraps.
Here in SoCal, a "rock cod special" is absolutely useless. For 'cod fishing, we have to go at least 600 feet deep. We're barely allowed to more than 350 feet. Good luck selling it.
