I'm 15, 5'3" with tomato red hair but I think I'm going to let that turn back to brown, and blue eyes. The only makeup I wear is eyeliner and a little mascara, and most of my clothes are jeans and t-shirts. My only pairs of shoes are cowboy boots; for working, not style, and sneakers.
Basically what I'm asking here is should I try to make more of an effort? I will never spend more than five minutes putting on makeup in the morning, but do you think I should try and branch out a little when it comes to clothes? I don't like current styles at all, I do NOT wear skirts or dresses, or even shorts for that matter. I know this whole question is a little vague, but if you were me, what would you change?
BTW: I like band t shirts and ones with funny stuff on them, and I like skulls and cool designs, and I wear my hobo gloves a lot. Is there any way I can still wear what I like and not dress like a dude?

Honestly I don't think you should change. You are who you are. And if your thinking of changing cause you want maybe more guys attention, i'd said defiantly don't do it. A guy who likes your style, and you for who you are will come eventually. Plus your style actually sounds pretty cool, maybe try and wear more colour if your scared of dressing like a dude. If you don't like current styles, or skirts, dresses, or shorts then i think this answers your own question, don't change!!! :P p.s you sound super pretty, so don't even worry! :)
Oh and also, your 15! 15 years old shouldn't even be wearing as much makeup as the average 15 year old does. It sucks were all growing up so fast, me being a 16 year old myself. It sounds like you wear the perfect amount of makeup.
Wow you pretty much described me also lol, My hair isn't tomato red but its dyed red for my entertainment, I love to dress up when I Can but really only throw a pair of skinny jeans, and a shirt, I also wear multiple band tees. I mostly wear flipflops and Hate pitting on make up.
I remember when I first started wearing make up about 5 years ago and I would spent up to 15 minutes just putting on make up....Now I look back and think, WHY?!?!?!?! I spend about 5 minutes now and I think Natural is Beautiful. I just do black eyes shadow and mascara then I use my tinted Burts Bees Chapstick. Keep it simple but when you feel like going crazy, Why not? I go to Michelle Fawn on Youtube.com, She does tons of make up tutorials and they're all different.
As for clothes they describe you and what you're about. Do things that are you and don't let anyone put you down, If they don't like it Then that's to bad, they don't have they same tastes. Be comfortable.
I'm not sure of your job but I really want to get a pair of cowboy boots :) I went to a Truck Night and it was amazing how many different designs and types of boots they had. If you don't spend to much time working You can get tons of flip flops with jems, Chains, Leather, studs. They vary a lot. Alittle dressy is some flats. They can be lacy, flowery, glittery, leather, again more variety. I'm not sure if you do heels or wedges but I find a lot of Fergalicious heels that are probably a half inch off the ground in the front and 3 inches in the back feel almost flat and real comfortable (sounds impossible/crazy, I know) def try some heels and wedges though, trust me, you may find a pair you fall for.
I hope I helped somewhat, However remember to stay true to you, make yourself happy <3
If you want to branch out, go for it! You never really know what you like and what looks good until you really get out there and look. Stores like Hollister, Forever 21, Aeropostale, Wet seal are all good places to go if you're not overly girly. A lot of the clothes there are, but there are also a ton that are aimed towards comfort and style without being too out there. You should really go for it! I went through a stage where I wore my brothers old shirts all day everyday, and when I finally branched out and tried new clothes, I became a total girly girl. I am a shopaholic. <3_<3 lol
If you want to change it up a little, add a few fitted shirts and a pair of ballet flats. Try some different hairstyles (ponytail, bun, braid, down w/ a headband...) there really isn't a limit to the fun you could have surprising people (I wear a dark purple corset under a black button down and blue jeans w/ boots quite a bit. I think the look is gorgeous)
Trust me, i'd pay to be in your position. You get to wear comfortable clothes!! WHY on earth would you throw that away to make an appearance to people, who probably don't even notice. Just a waste of money. If you want to look a little nicer, maybe some cuter tops, would be nice. I prefer baggy shirts and shorts whenever I can.
